Now in private beta
The one place your restaurant team goes to run the night.
My Daily Lineup is one platform that covers the whole
restaurant day — guest side and team side — at a price an
independent operator can afford to pay. Built by a working
chef-owner, not enterprise sales — a total operations platform you
can’t afford not to run.
It’s your reservations app, event-sales app,
scheduling app, time clock, costing app,
inventory app, messaging app, bookkeeping app,
and social-media manager — all in one login.
Never pay someone else for the reservations you take.
No per-cover fees, no middleman between you and your guests —
your bookings, your data, your tables.
Already running every shift across four Kansas City venues — plus
independent restaurants beyond Belfry.
Why it exists
Most independent restaurants run on three to five tools that
don’t talk to each other — one app for reservations, another
for scheduling, a group chat for shift notes, a folder for
recipes, a shoebox for vendor invoices. The owner or GM becomes
the integration layer, and that’s expensive.
There isn’t really an all-in-one to fix it — so restaurants
stack point solutions, and the bill climbs fast. Just two of them —
a back-office platform like MarginEdge or Restaurant365 plus a
reservations app — can cost
more every month than this entire platform does,
while covering only two of the things My Daily Lineup actually does.
My Daily Lineup is the opposite: one login, one database, built by an
operator who lives in it every shift.
What’s inside
-
Guest experience
Reservations, waitlists, group events, deposits, smart
time-nudging, celebration detection, day-of reminders,
no-show follow-up.
-
Tonight + team ops
Real-time covers and dietary notes, role-based access,
team notes and team feed, lineup SMS and push
notifications, dashboard tasks, internal alerts.
-
Scheduling + labor
Staff scheduling, a time clock with manager review,
an open-shift board and shift swaps, per-role pay rates,
tip pool, and pay-period summaries.
-
Recipes + inventory
Cocktail and culinary recipes with cost calculation,
bottle and food inventory with counts, daily specials,
beer purchasing.
-
Social media posts
Add a daily special or photo → AI drafts an Instagram and
Facebook caption in your voice, with hashtags. You review
and tap post — promote tonight’s specials and events
without a separate social tool.
-
Back office + accounting
Snap any vendor invoice → AI codes each line to your chart
of accounts and pushes it to QuickBooks or Restaurant365;
Toast and Square sales + labor sync; a bookkeeper invoice
email; and read-only access for your accountant or investors.
-
Email marketing
Build and send branded email campaigns to your guests —
specials, events, “we miss you” win-backs —
with drag-to-arrange content blocks, straight from the
database that already knows their visit history. Opt-in and
unsubscribe handled for you.
-
Guest growth + promotions
Run guest promotions and challenges — guests log their
visits or pours to earn points and tiers, with a tasting
guide to play along. Plus staff digital business cards with
one-tap perks to hand out, and automatic post-visit
thank-you and Google-review requests. Turn a good night into
a repeat guest.
Not theoretical
My Daily Lineup runs all four
Belfry Collective
venues — reservations, recipes, scheduling, inventory, the whole
day — every shift since early 2026, and it’s now live at
independent restaurants beyond Belfry. It was built by
Celina Tio — James Beard Award winner and Top
Chef Masters alum — because nothing on the market did what a
working operator actually needed at a price a small restaurant
could afford.

Who it’s for
A fit
- Independent restaurants, 1–6 locations
- Chef- or owner-operators who are the de-facto IT department
- Teams stitched together with spreadsheets and group chats
- Operators who’d rather spend on the food than the software
Not a fit
- National or franchised chains with a corporate IT team
- Pop-ups that only need a simple RSVP form (use Resy)
-
Anyone shopping for a POS — My Daily Lineup isn’t one; it
works alongside the Toast or Square POS you already run.
What it costs
Less than what most restaurants already pay every month for
just one or two of the apps it replaces — and
with no per-cover fees skimming the reservations
you take. One platform, one bill, instead of a stack of
single-purpose subscriptions.
Free for beta restaurants through public launch.

Independently owned, 1–6 venues. Free during beta, then a
