My Daily Lineup LLC (“My Daily Lineup,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) operates a reservation and operations platform used by independent
restaurants and bars (each, a “Venue”). This Privacy Policy explains what
information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our
website and to the booking and notification services we provide on behalf of Venues.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide when you book or join a list —
your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
Reservation details — party size, date, time, the Venue,
and any notes or requests you submit.
Usage information — basic technical data (such as device and
browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
To create and manage your reservations with a Venue.
To send you service messages by SMS and email — such as booking
confirmations, reminders, changes, and event coordination — for the Venue you
interacted with.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages related to
your reservations and the Venue you booked with (for example, confirmations and
reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out
at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying
HELP. See our SMS Terms for full program details.
We do not sell or share your information. No mobile information,
text-messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent will be sold, rented, or shared with any
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging
opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
With the Venue you book with, so it can fulfill and manage your
reservation.
With service providers that operate the platform under contract
— for example, our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver messages, and our hosting
provider. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal,
accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
