My Daily Lineup LLC provides text-messaging (SMS) services on behalf of the independent restaurants and bars (each, a “Venue”) that use our platform. These terms describe our messaging program.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, by checking the consent box while booking a reservation on a Venue’s page — you agree to receive text messages from that Venue through My Daily Lineup related to your reservation and your interactions with the Venue.

Types of messages you may receive

Team members of a Venue who opt in may also receive operational messages (for example, shift, scheduling, and tip notifications).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reservations and interactions with the Venue.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. My Daily Lineup does not charge you for these messages.

Opt out & help

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
